Getting to work at Prickly Pear Coffee Co truly is a dream come true. I love getting to work in the shop , meeting our customers, leading the staff + creating new drinks. I also love getting to work the espresso cart + serve at different places all over middle Tennessee! My favorite drink right now is our snickerdoodle latte!

Hi there! I am a current graduate student studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling. When I am not in school, I love having the privilege of being a part-time barista here at Prickly and serving the Nashville community their coffee needs! I love working at Prickly because it is in the heart of Nashville and I have been able to meet so many great people from all over the country and world who stop by. My favorite go-to drink right now is our Cold Brew with a splash of caramel and a splash of milk!

I love getting to be a part of such a wonderful team here at PPCC and getting to meet so many amazing people along the way. Hi y’all!! I’m a Christian singer-songwriter from Texas. I love being apart of the PPCC team and connecting with so many people. When I’m not at Prickly or making music, you can find me hiking with my dog, hosting a game night, or eating a smoothie bowl.

My go to coffee drink is for sure a honey cinnamon latte with oat milk - I know it’s basic…but I love it :)

Hey everyone, I’m Olivia & I’m thrilled to be a part of the Prickly Pear team! Being a barista is such a sweet job because it allows me to cross paths with so many wonderful people! I love the energy of Prickly Pear & that it’s a place where people can come to get their daily pick-me-up. My go-to drink is a lavender vanilla cold brew with a splash of milk!!

Hi everyone, I’m Meg!!! I’m a student at Belmont University, but when I’m not there, or at a yoga class, I’m most likely at a coffee shop. I love coffee so much and think it is so cool how it brings people together. Prickly Pear embodies this so well which is one of the many reasons I love to work here so much. My favorite drink right now is probably a honey cinnamon latte with oat milk - it just hits every time :)

Hey coffee lovers, I’m Macey! I’m new to Nashville with Midwest roots and I’m so excited to be a part of the Prickly Pear team! I love meeting new people (and their dogs) while watching coffee bring the community together. Outside of coffee I enjoy golfing, summer weather, and all things Nashville! I usually mix up my coffee orders but my trusty order is an iced caramel latte ;)
