It started with a folding table.

Back in 2020, we set up a little coffee stand with a folding table, a dream, and a belief that coffee could be so much more than just a drink.

Today, Prickly Pear Coffee Co. has grown into two coffee shops, two coffee campers, and a mobile coffee cart serving Nashville and beyond. While a lot has changed, the heart behind what we do hasn't.

We exist to love people well, serve exceptional coffee, and share the hope of Jesus in the everyday moments. We believe hospitality is ministry, and whether you're grabbing your morning latte or celebrating your wedding day, our hope is that you leave feeling seen, valued, and genuinely cared for.

We're intentional about every detail, from sourcing our single-origin, mold-free coffee from a small family farm in Guatemala to roasting it locally in Tennessee. We believe great coffee honors the people who grow it, the people who roast it, and the people we get to serve.

More than anything, we're grateful to be part of this community. Since 2020, it's been our joy to create spaces where strangers become friends, conversations happen naturally, and everyone feels welcome.
